    Dear Monkeys

    You must be really enjoying your holidays very much right? No Ms Tan for 4 weeks! For those of you who are going to Kukup please follow these instructions:

    1) submit your consent form, PSEA form and a photocopy of your passport details to me by 1st July. (please put it in my pigeon hole in staff room)

    2)If your passport is expiring within the next 6 months (December 2009) please renew your passport during this holiday.

    3) Please check your passport photo because some of you may have your passport done when you are younger therefore the photo doesn't reflect your current look. Please get the photo renewed. (e.g. you may have your passport done when you are 10 year old so you may look different now) Customs may not allow you to enter their country if the photo is not updated.

    Next for your OIT module powerpoint:
    1) Remember to do the powerpoint homework which I have briefed you on the last day of exam.
    2) Include your childhood photographs.

    Please pass the message around to your friends. If I don't see your forms by 1st July I will assume that you have given up your seat.
